How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings in your account, then Billing, and click Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. After that, refunds are not available except where required by law. Contact support@lumara.app within 7 days of your first payment.
What happens to my conversations if I cancel?
Your conversation history is saved for 90 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, your companion will remember everything. After 90 days, memory data is permanently deleted.
How does Private Mode work?
Private Mode hides your chat activity from other people using your device. It is not end-to-end encryption — Lumara staff can still access conversations when needed for safety review or support.
How does billing appear on my statement?
Charges appear under a discreet descriptor that does not reference Lumara or adult content. The exact descriptor depends on your payment processor region.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption at rest, never sell your data, and Private Mode keeps your activity hidden from other people using your device. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
