DMCA Policy
Lumara LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices. This page explains how to submit a notice and what happens after we receive one.
If you believe content on Lumara infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our DMCA agent containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on our Platform
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete notices will not be processed. Notices containing false information may expose you to legal liability.
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include: your name, address, phone number, and email; identification of the removed content and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
Send counter-notifications to dmca@lumara.ai. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Lumara LLC will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
